Original Gravity: 1.067 (1.045 – 1.060)
Terminal Gravity: 1.017 (1.010 – 1.015)
Color: 15.6 (10.0 – 17.0)
Alcohol: 6.66% (4.5% – 6.0%)
Bitterness: 44.35 (25.0 – 40.0)

Ingredients:
0.3 tbsp 5.2 pH Stabilizer – added during mash
11.0 lbs Golden Promise Malt
11.0 lbs Pale Ale Malt
1.0 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L
1.0 lbs Crystal Malt 120°L
1.0 lbs Victory® Malt
