Awesome! Thanks for the feedback on Brew it Up:) I was a bit hesitant to hit Pyramid as they are just a bit too "macro" for me. I believe that Brew It Up brews on premises and Pyramid brings all of their beer in. For me, that's enough of a reason right there!

My wife and I really love Sacramento. If were were going to live in a larger city, Sacramento would be at the top of the list:) It seems to have the perfect mix of culture, nightlife, good ale, and city feel!

Great to see that central valley people are looking to our town to do their pub crawl. Having been a resident of Midtown Sac for a few years now I will tell you that the line up of beer you will find at Brew It Up is much more rewarding and interesting than that of Pyramid. They are both equally capable of hosting your group but Brew It Up has a much broader selection of beer brewed on location.

I live about 4 blocks from Rubicon and will agree with you all day that the quality of beer brewed by them is the best in the region.
