		<description>I pulled this ale out of the fermentation fridge today, to make room for this year&#039;s Oktoberfest lager.  The ale was amply dry hopped and should be ready to keg in a week or so.

The official name of this previously unnamed ale is Trailer Park IPA, in honor of the Paul Thorn show I was fortunate enough to see a couple weeks ago.  If you know Paul&#039;s body of work, the IPA&#039;s name will make sense:)</description>
