What a great afternoon to brew a "witbier". (Which is a wheat style beer but the words actually translate to white beer in English or biére blanche in French.) But anyway, the rainy weather was perfect as it kind of made me feel like we were a couple of Belgians brewing our annual summer witbier in our typical maritime climate.
I'll probably be brewing Sunday again. . .BrewBarn Brown, hey?

The brew day went well! We hit our numbers and kind of enjoyed the steady rain that fell about an hour into the brew.

I found out that I'm getting a beer "future" from Stephen in exchange for the 5 gallons of wit. I'm pressing for a keg of his Brew Barn Brown!
