WOW when i make the blog i really make the blog. Brewing with others really is the best way to learn the tips n tricks of brewing great beer. Watching Mark in action was a great treat. His way of brewing really takes the work out of brewing. ( hence the Blog name) Hitting his numbers dead on was as hard as deciding which of the 8 beers on tap to try next. My only regret is i mentioned that i forgot the darn Stout cupcakes. Overall a great brew day aside from the 100 + heat. (Hardly felt when you are at RanesyLand, the DisneyLand for home brewers)
Mark and his great family made Cooper and i feel very welcome and we look forward to drinking the great brew he made. Against my will I was forced to bring an empty carboy that left full of some great looking wort. Maggie was very bummed she missed such a great brew session.
 Thanks for a wonderful day.
